Worries Are Not Forever

As caring adults in our children’s lives, we know that we cannot make our children happy every day. But we can provide support and encourage the development of positive personal skills like understanding and identifying feelings, and learning skills that help them to cope with anxious, worried thoughts and sadness.

We have made a special lesson available, based on the book Worries Are Not Forever, by Elizabeth Verdick.
