Worries Are Not Forever
These are stressful and challenging times.
As caring adults in our children’s lives, we know that we cannot make them happy every day. What we can do is provide support and encourage the development of positive personal skills like understanding and identifying feelings, and help them learn how to cope with anxious, worried thoughts, and sadness.
