At the Y, we bring families closer together, encourage good health and foster connections through fitness, sports and shared interests. Youth and adults all over the world turn to the Y for support, guidance and the resources they need to strengthen and maintain their healthy, happy families.

In times of crisis, caring for our community is more important than ever. We are here to continue providing safe opportunities for people to stay active, engaged, and supported during this time -- virtually!

Enjoy a variety of virtual resources curated by our youth development and health and wellness experts.

Weekly Resource Guides and Inspiring Stories

AAPI
"Never give up who you are to belong. I missed out on years of joy in celebrating with my parents our culture and traditions. I missed out on being me so that I could be more like my friends – an African American, a Peruvian, a Japanese, and an Asian Indian – perhaps we all gave up something thinking we had to be more like each other." - Trung Ho, YMCA Staff
Swim
Safety is a key element of summer fun. Both the Y's swim lessons and safety around water programs offer youth valuable safety lessons, and much more. Consider enrolling in one or both of the programs to keep you and your family safe this summer.
Blood draw
The blood drives hosted by the YMCA of Silicon Valley will save 1,500 lives – equivalent to every student and faculty member at Mt. Pleasant High School.
