About YMCA Camp Campbell

Camp Campbell YMCA has provided memorable outdoor experiences to thousands of children, families, and adults since 1936.

As the most unique branch of YMCA of Silicon Valley, YMCA Camp Campbell is located in the beautiful Redwoods in Boulder Creek. Their various camps help people develop the skills and relationships they need to be healthy, confident and connected to others.

YMCA Camp Campbell celebrates diversity, inclusion, and global engagement.

A safe place for youth to learn practical and social skills and values, kids can safely exert energy, discover who they are and learn what they can achieve at camp.

We welcome and embrace everyone into our Y family. Our global perspective enriches individuals and organizations worldwide. With your support, we can give all youth the experience of a lifetime, regardless of their families ability to pay.

Morgan Boaman

Program Director
Morgan’s love of camps was sparked at 16 after she spent a summer working as a counselor in training for a camp in Colorado. It was here that a passion for working with people and connecting them to the outdoors was discovered. This passion took her through college where she pursed a BA in Environmental Studies. After completing her degree she chased her love of working outdoors to Jekyll Island, GA, State College, PA, Durango, CO and into graduate school. Morgan earned her MS in Conservation Leadership after spending a season doing research around youth engagement in conservation education programs in Samburu, Kenya. Upon her return the states she traded the Colorado Mountains for the California Redwoods, joining the Camp Campbell team in 2017. Morgan is excited to continue working with youth and communities to foster deep connections between people and the environments that surround them
