How do I join YMCA360?

YMCA360 is free to all active YMCA of Silicon Valley members. If you have a current membership, simply use the email address associated with your membership to login to YMCA360: https://ymca360.org

If you are not yet a member, you can join the Y as an Essential Member or a Comprehensive Member

We understand that many of you are not yet ready to join your Y friends in person. With this in mind, we have created a virtual membership option, available for a limited time. Join the Y as an Essential Member for only $39 dollars a month per household.

 Essential Membership offers many benefits;

  • Unlimited 24/7 access to online YMCA360 programs and content
  • Enjoy two in-person visits per month to a YMCA of Silicon Valley facility
  • Virtual programming to engage the entire family in activities focusing on spirit, mind and body.  
  • Upgrade to a Comprehensive Membership at any time with no joining fee
  • Build friendships in the YMCA community with your favorite instructors 
  • Monthly newsletters with volunteer opportunities, community impact updates, and more
  • Invitations to community events, seminars, and engagement opportunities throughout the year
  • Preferred pricing for virtual personal training and virtual small group strength training

Yes! You must have an active Y membership to use YMCA360, and have access to the email address associated with your membership.

Yes. I tried to login to YMCA360 and received an error that my email address was not found. What do I do?

The email you enter to login to YMCA360 must exactly match the email address that is associated with your current YMCA of Silicon Valley membership. If you need help with verifying or changing the email on file, you can call us at 408-351-6400 during our business hours Mon-Fri: 8AM-8PM, Sat-Sun: 8AM-4PM, or email membersupport@ymcasv.org.

Does my Financial Aid apply towards YMCA360?

If you are eligible for financial aid, it will apply to any type of membership at the Y. We currently have a waiting list for financial assistance for YMCA360.

What is my login for YMCA360?

Your YMCA360 login name is the email associated with your current YMCA of Silicon Valley membership. When you first login with a new device, follow these steps to access YMCA360:

  • Open the YMCA360 app on your compatible device, or web browser
  • Click the Login button
  • Enter your zip code
  • Choose your primary YMCA location
  • Enter the email associated with your current YMCA of Silicon Valley membership
  • Check that email account for a verification code
  • Enter the single-use, six-digit verification code to access YMCA360.
