LEADERS IN TRAINING
(Ages 14-15) Ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the heart of camp life? This exciting two-week program is your gateway to leadership, responsibility, and nonstop fun! You’ll be part of the behind-the-scenes magic—helping with essential camp operations, like prepping for evening programs and campfires, supporting sleep-outs, and more. As a Leader in Training (LIT), you’ll develop confidence, character, and critical thinking skills through team-building, high ropes challenges, service projects, and hands-on workshops focused on goal-setting and self-reflection.
You’ll also rotate through a variety of classic camp activities—like rock climbing, archery, sports, and arts and crafts—designed to spark curiosity and encourage exploration. The LIT experience is rich with timeless traditions: campfires, hikes, skits, songs, and cabin cheers. Over two unforgettable weeks, you’ll unplug from technology and the distractions of everyday life, reconnecting with what truly matters: friendship, adventure, and the joy of being fully present. And of course, there’s plenty of time for fun, with all-camp events and awesome LIT-only activities just for you!
Note: Sessions one and four of our LIT program include two 1-week sessions, with a weekend break in between. LITs will need to be picked up and dropped off between sessions for the weekend break. This program will run over the weekend for sessions two and three.
