Meet with many Nutrition & Wellness experts from local organizations that provide a variety of services for seniors, teens, and families. Bring friends and family members. Open to all!

Join Breathe California's class to learn about the stages of quitting smoking and the process of becoming tobacco-free. Topics covered will include tobacco education, gradual cessation strategies, maintenance tools, and support systems. More information on long-term cessation programs will be provided. Led by Jason Cross
1:15-2:00pm - YMCA Group Exercise Class: Vinyasa Yoga (Room: El Palo Alto)
Take a breather and take part in the YMCA's Vinyasa Yoga class! This class utilizes continuous movement from one pose to another to help you improve cardiovascular conditioning as well as muscular strength, endurance and flexibility. Led by Tomoko M.
2:15-3:00pm - How to Start and Grow a Teen Lifestyle Medicine Program in High Schools (Room: El Palo Alto)
Join this Stanford-led workshop for teens to start their own Lifestyle Medicine programs in their schools. This will not only enhance their college portfolios but also promote healthy lifestyle habits for students early on, address stress management, and inspire peer-to-peer wellness through leadership. Led by Dr. Rusly Harsono MD

Drop by anytime during the Health Fair to watch this 1-minute video on the IGNITE Firefighters’ Health Study (Implementing Good Nutrition to Improve, Transform, and Enhance Firefighters’ Health), a study aiming to determine whether a whole-food, plant-forward diet can reduce cancer risk among active San Francisco firefighters.
