He creates workout programs for clients who want to achieve their fitness goals. Ultimately, Zach would like to become a Strength and Conditioning coach for a collegiate or professional sports team. Dylan graduated from Cal State East Bay with a B.S. in Recreation Management. He is a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Mat Pilates and Zumba Instructor.

Dylan is trained in adaptive fitness, working with seniors & active adults, and working with those living with chronic pain or in various stages of a physical health recovery. He focuses on exercises that support functional movement and activities of daily living so that you can easily build your foundational fitness and achieve long term success. Dylan is available to train at East Valley Family YMCA and Northwest YMCA. On a personal note, dancing is his favorite thing to do.
