Functional fitness small group training is now open for registration.

The functional fitness training style combines the power of functional movements with the regime of traditional strength and conditioning. Each week of training consists of Full-Body and Push/Pull days with a special weekend focus on a Saturday Squats or Sweat focus. You can choose to sign up for once, twice, or three times a week sessions -- pricing varies based on frequency. 

 

AVAILABLE GROUP TRAINING SLOTS:

Monday/Wednesday/Friday 7:00am-8:00am


Monday/Wednesday/Friday 7:00pm-8:00pm


Saturday 9:00am-10:00am

 

SMALL GROUP TRAINING PRICES:

1/week (4 sessions): $60 

2/week (8 sessions): $108

3/week (12 sessions): $156

*Sessions expire monthly, automatic billing can be established if you’re interested in ongoing training.
