Sprint 8 Challenge
Participate in our Sprint 8 challenge in February and win a drawstring bag!
• Download our YFIT app to join the challenge.
• Complete eight Sprint 8 workouts during the month of February.
• Sprint 8 can be done on any of our new MATRIX machines; treadmill, elliptical or bikes.
• Our Wellness coaches are happy to help you set up the app or equipment.
• Everyone completing the challenge gets a YMCA drawstring bag. There will be a raffle too! The winner gets a 6 week Small Group Personal Training session of choice.
