Lunch n' Learn - Study Smart

books

Resources to acquire knowledge are unlimited. How do kids digest so much information and assimilate it in their thinking without getting overwhelmed?
In this hands-on workshop we will explore tools and techniques to study smart. These techniques will empower kids to make study notes in highly compressed formats. The techniques will strengthen the understanding of the subject and easy retrieval of knowledge when needed. They will not just shrink the textbooks but also make study time more enjoyable and efficient and be the kids' companion for life. Please bring blank paper and color pens.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Children (10+), parents, educators and design thinking enthusiasts.

Register at northwest@ymcasv.org or 408-351-2400. Drop-ins welcome. This event is free and open to the public.
