#ByTheNumbers is a reflection on the Y’s impact over the past year, and a standard to meet and exceed as we continue to strengthen our community. The Y was founded on the principal of serving the most significant community needs, and this year was no exception. Though unquestionably a challenging year, with the support and effort our neighbors, donors, and partners the Y emerged stronger. Kid, families and seniors were fed nutritious meals, essential workers received childcare support, youth studying at home stayed on track with distance learning support, and Y staff were able to emotionally and physically support the most vulnerable, lonely, members of our community. Take a deeper look with #ByTheNumbers.
The Y provides a safe place for Anthony and others to take care of their basic necessities.
That's something we can really get behind—joining forces with other organizations to help make the internet safer for everyone, especially younger kids
The event will be the first of two official live events held in the US in honor of Safer Internet Day, celebrated every February around the world in more than 100 countries.
