Cardio Kickboxing
Cardio Kickboxing is high-intensity, non-contact kickboxing workout that blends elements of boxing, martial arts and traditional aerobic exercise in a 60-minute, fun-filled, action-packed class. Cardio kickboxing burns calories, increases your aerobic capacity and improves your strength and flexibility—it’s a total-body workout. Members are encouraged to work at their own pace.
Chair Aerobics
Working from a chair, this class provides a cardio-vascular workout with no impact for members who need to remain seated while exercising. Lively music and small props are used to help members exercise their heart, burn calories and have some FUN! The class also includes strength and stretching exercises.
Circuit Training
Circuit training is a type of interval training in which strength exercises are mixed with aerobic exercises to deliver the best of both worlds: lots of calories burned and improved muscular strength. The term “circuit” refers to a group of exercises or “stations” positioned within a defined space and done in quick succession. Stations may include such exercises as jump rope, stationery cycle, squats or bicep curls. Members proceed from one station to the next based on time. Circuit training burns calories and strengthens muscles in a no-nonsense, results-oriented format. |
Cycling
Remember how much you loved to ride your bike as a kid? Indoor cycling lets you experience the same exhilaration. Riders on stationery bikes are led on a “virtual” road ride complete with hills, valleys, straight-aways and sprints. Dance & Sculpt
This class is a high-energy, dance-based workout which develops aerobic fitness and muscular endurance while providing lots of FUN! The choreography is drawn from a broad range of dance styles including hip hop, jazz, contemporary and Latin which are combined with an eclectic mix of international and popular music for an invigorating and challenging workout. Class begins with a warm-up that emphasizes technique and builds to high-energy dancing. The workout concludes with weights to strengthen your arms, legs and core.
Hi/Lo & Sculpt
This is the classic exercise class that launched the aerobics industry. High and low impact steps are mixed in a variety of patterns that will help you burn fat and get into shape! Instructors combine moves from different exercise areas: dance, jazz, athletic conditioning, hip hop and more all designed to get you moving and have fun! A body sculpting segment is added at the end of the class to increase strength and improve flexibility.
Step
Step aerobics is a cardio class which uses an elevated platform or step. The height of the step can be tailored to individual needs by inserting risers under the step. A variety of moves on and around the step are linked together to form challenging patterns which are performed multiple times before another pattern is introduced. Fast-paced, beat-driven music is used to keep members on pace. Step aerobics blasts calories, increases cardiovascular fitness and builds muscular endurance. Come step your way to fitness!!! |
Belly Dance
Belly Dancing is based on one of the oldest known forms of dance in the world. Most of the basic techniques involve isolated circular motion such as a hip or chest circles. Accents such as hip lifts or drops and shoulder or arm movements are added to emphasize hip and ribcage movement. Contemporary Belly Dance incorporates movements from jazz and world dance, ballet and hip hop to provide an energizing, challenging cardiovascular workout.
Dance Sculpt Fusion
Dance Sculpt Fusion is a high-energy, dance-based workout which develops aerobic fitness and muscular endurance while providing lots of fun! Easy to follow choreography is drawn from a broad range of dance for an energizing workout. Alternating with dance songs, strength sections will target arms, legs & core for a balanced strength workout.

Nia (Neuromuscular Integrative Action) is a low-impact aerobic class which delivers total-body conditioning. Nia addresses the whole person using a comprehensive, holistic exercise approach designed with a combination of classic movement forms including: T’ai Chi, Aikido, Jazz and Modern Dance, Yoga, and Feldenkrais. Practiced barefoot to music, Nia is self-guided, adaptable and safe for all fitness levels, from stiff beginners to highly-fit athletes. Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is a system of yoga introduced in India in the 15th century. Hatha yoga tries to achieve balance between body and mind through physical poses or Asanas, breathing techniques or Pranayama, and meditation. Asanas are various body positions designed to improve health; Pranayama is the science of breath control. Hatha yoga will help you recognize your hidden physical and mental potential. Kriya Yoga
Kriya yoga highlights the relationship between the breath and the mind. Breath influences mind and vice-versa. Breath control is self-control. Kriya yoga techniques include: preparing the body with stretching and bending exercises, preparing the mind, practicing meditation and incorporating the breath. Yoga for Osteoporosis
Yoga designed specifically for members who have, or are at risk for developing, osteoporosis. Yoga, by opposing one muscle group to another over relatively long periods of time, is an excellent stimulus for bone reinforcement. Movements are carefully controlled to produce forces that are great enough to stimulate bone strengthening but not strong enough to damage the very bones one is trying to reinforce. Adult Karate
Shotokan Karate is one of five traditional Karate styles and is divided into three parts: basics, forms and sparring.
