The Southwest YMCA offers a wide variety of group exercise classes from step and indoor cycling to Body Pump, Zumba® and Enhance®Fitness. We strive to accommodate a range of fitness levels and we encourage you to work at your own pace. Before starting any new exercise program, please consult with your physician.
