Registration
There are several ways to register for YMCA membership, programs and personal appointments:
1. Call (408) 257-7160 or visit the Northwest YMCA for personal assistance.
2. Register Online for select programs here.
3. Fax a completed registration form to (408) 257-6948.
Facility memberships and certain programs, such as swim lessons, require in-person registration. You also may need to complete additional forms in person for call-in or faxed registrations. Call or visit the Northwest YMCA for more information.

Facility Membership Benefits
With a Facility Membership, you have full use of the facilities in five different YMCA locations in Santa Clara Valley. You also get a free wellness orientation, priority registration for programs, and reduced fees for some programs.
Program Membership Benefits
For those who want to participate in a particular class or program such as swim lessons, youth sports, child care, or parent-child programs, and do not wish to become a facility member, a Program Membership and fee are required. General usage of the YMCA facility is not included.
