Group Exercise

Health, Well-Being & Fitness

Northwest YMCA offers a wide variety of group exercise classes. We strive to accommodate all fitness levels and offer options for the whole family. You can choose from more than 150 classes per week, from our newest addition Aqua Stand Up® to Cycling,  Pilates, Family Yoga, Brain Club, BODYPUMP®, STRONG by Zumba®, TRX®,  Water Exercise for Arthritis, Aqua Zumba® and much more.

If you are new to class, please let your instructor know. Modifications may be recommended and you are encouraged to work out at your own pace. Have fun!
