Northwest YMCA offers a wide variety of group exercise classes. We strive to accommodate all levels of fitness and we offer options for the whole family, workouts preferences, and fitness levels. You may choose from more than 180 classes per week, including Bodycombat™, Family ZUMBA®, Gym Ventures for toddlers, Pilates, aqua fitness, aqua arthritis, Yoga, TRX® and more. If you are new to class, please let your instructor know. Modifications may be recommended. You are encouraged to work out at your own pace. Have fun!
