Sue Ball
Executive Director
Sue joined Northwest YMCA as Executive Director in 2011. She began her career in 1984 as a gymnastics coach at YMCA of Metropolitan Little Rock and quickly advanced to Program Director, Associate Executive, and Executive Director of the Downtown YMCA, where she hosted Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton as facility members.
Sue relocated to YMCA of Central Florida as Executive Director of Wayne Densch YMCA Family Center in Orlando, leading staff and board members through a capital development project resulting in a major renovation and expansion of the branch's programs and offerings.
Looking for a new challenge, Sue moved to YMCA of the Suncoast and once again embarked on major capital development efforts to expand and renovate facilities and triple membership. While there, she was promoted to District Vice President, responsible for three operating units in two counties. She also led the start-up and charter of a new YMCA in a community that had never had a Y.
As the recipient of several awards, including the Association of YMCA Professionals' Excellence in Budget Management, Financial Turn Around, and Excellence in Administrative Achievement, Sue was named "Woman of the Year" in her county in Florida. |

Dru Belli
Associate Executive Director
Dru began his YMCA career in 2007 in Lexington, Kentucky, as the Aquatics Director for the YMCA of Central Kentucky at High Street YMCA. His role expanded to include working with the Activate America and Pioneering Healthier Communities initiatives within the Y and the association's Gulick Team. Dru later became Aquatics Director at Beaumont Centre Family YMCA, where he helped create and develop an international committee that participated in activities in the U.S. and abroad. In addition to his duties at the Y, Dru was a high school swim coach in Lexington, where he received the 2010-2011Boys Team Coach of the Year for the state of Kentucky. He relocated to California in 2011 to assume his current position. |

Janice Prior
Administrative Director
Janice Prior is Administrative Director for Northwest YMCA. She began her YMCA career in 1990 and has held several administrative and operational positions at a number of branches. As a teenager, Janice actively participated in many YMCA programs, including Youth and Government, volleyball and camp. She also volunteered during the weekends. |

James Kenoyer
Director of Aquatics and Risk Management
James began working for the YMCA in 2001 as a Lifeguard and instructor in the Aquatics department and was promoted to Lead Lifeguard in 2003. He also held positions as a Camp Leader and Camp Director. He worked as a Teen Center Leader at the Northwest facility before becoming the YMCA Teen Center Director at Miller Middle School during the 2006-2007 school year. James also serves as a Member Services Manager. |

Sabrina Ippolito
Teen and Camp Program Director
Sabrina Ippolito is Teen and Camp Program Director for Northwest YMCA. She first experienced the YMCA as a teen leader in summer day camp. Since beginning her YMCA career in 1998, Sabrina has held a variety of positions, including serving as a Day Camp Director, Child Care Center Director, Teen Center Coordinator, and Teen Center Director. She has overseen the YMCA Youth and Government program and its Vistas and Teen Center program. |

Allan Jong
Youth Health and Wellness Director
Allan manages personal training, small group training, Active Older Adult classes, youth fitness classes, and the entire fitness floor at Northwest YMCA. He came to the Y as a Wellness Coach in 2009 and assumed his current position in 2010. He is certified in TRX training and Reebok cycling and is a volunteer Ultimate Frisbee coach. He received a master's degree in kinesiology with a specialty in sports psychology. |

Shiel Brockbank
Child Care Program Director
She previously served as Center Director of the Y's child care site at Stevens Creek Elementary School. Prior to that, she served 15 years as a YMCA camp leader, a child care teacher and program director for the Y's youth and family programs. She received the YMCA Program Excellence Award in 2009. |

Trung Ho
Child Care Program Director
Trung began his YMCA career in 2000 as a Teacher Aide at the YMCA child care site at John Muir Elementary School. In 2003, he became the Center Director at the YMCA child care site at Blue Hills Elementary School and was named Center Director at the YMCA child care site at Eisenhower Elementary School in 2008. He assumed his current position in 2010. Trung received a bachelor's degree in child development and psychology from San Jose State University. |

Devan Velez
Associate Director - Aquatics
Devan previously served as Aquatics Coordinator. He began his YMCA career in 2001 as one of the first staff members to lifeguard and teach lessons after the completion of the Northwest YMCA pool. Since then, he has devoted his career to building the program while holding a variety of positions. In addition to overseeing the department, he also teaches private swim lessons. |

Lida Xhindi
Group Exercise Director
Lida joined the Northwest YMCA with the first crew that opened the pool in 2001. At the Northwest Lida has worn many hats: Soon she became a Lead Staff, Aquatic Coordinator, Aqua Fitness and Aqua Bootcamp Instructor, Head Swim Coach, Retention Specialist, Branch Trainer for all Safety Courses, Lifeguard and Aqua Arthritis Trainer. She moved into her current position in April, 2012. Lida strongly believes everyone should have the chance to experience the magic of Northwest Y and for that reason she and her two daughters are passionately involved with the Annual Giving Campaign. |

Nathan Remy
Membership Director
A life-long “Y kid,” Nathan’s Y career began in 2006 at the South Valley Family YMCA where he served as a Membership Representative. In 2007, while attending college, he worked at the Santa Barbara Family YMCA where he grew in his responsibilities as Youth Exercise Leader, Financial Assistance Administrator, Director on Duty, Accounting Clerk, and Associate Membership Director. Now back in the Bay Area, his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with concentration in Public Service and Sociology in hand, he has been the Membership Director at Northwest YMCA since March, 2012. |

Gina Roberti
Family & Outreach Director
Gina started her Y career in October 2011, coming to us from her background of working with middle school-aged children for 11 years in after school programs. She’s a Bay Area native who grew up in Sunnyvale, went to Fremont High School and she obtained a Bachelor of Sciences in Recreation and Leisure Studies from San Jose State University. In her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends, and is a fan of country music, and outdoor festivals. |

Courtney Cordero
Director of Communications
A staff member here at Northwest YMCA since September, 2011, Courtney has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a minor in Business Marketing from SJSU. For more than a decade she has volunteered for nonprofit organizations in development, fundraising, and marketing. Here at the Northwest YMCA she puts all her experience and education to great use as she is in charge of member communications, fundraising and development, and our Annual Giving Campaign. |

Mike Rawski
Adult Health & Wellness Director
Mike joined Northwest YMCA as a personal trainer in 2010 before assuming his current position in 2012. Before coming to the Y, he worked in health and fitness for more than 10 years. With a background in sales, management and behavior modification, Mike helps members overcome their challenges to achieve their personal fitness goals. He is driven by helping people live healthy lifestyles, strengthening families, and developing youth in an environment of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. |
