Registration

There are several ways to register for YMCA membership, programs and personal appointments:

1. Register Online for select programs here.

2. Call (408) 762-6000 or visit the Mt. Madonna YMCA.

3. Fax a completed registration form to (408) 779-5040.

Facility memberships and certain programs, such as swim lessons, require in-person registration.

Membership

Join the Y and become part of a family of more than 20 million members in more than 2,600 YMCAs across the country. Our programs are designed to enhance your quality of life. To participate, you can choose from several types of membership, including registering for only YMCA programs or joining the Centennial Recreation Center as a facility member. CRC Facility Membership Benefits

With a CRC Facility Membership, you have full use of the CRC plus facilities in five different YMCA locations in Silicon Valley. This includes the YMCA fitness centers, group exercise, lap and recreational swimming, and Kids Zone (child care while you work out). You also get a free fitness orientation, priority registration for programs, and reduced fees for some programs.

Program Membership Benefits

For those who want to participate in a particular YMCA program such as youth sports, child care, or parent-child programs, and do not wish to become a CRC facility member, a Program Membership is required. General usage of the CRC facility is not included. Annual Program Membership is $25.

Bay Area Membership

A Bay Area Membership provides membership privileges at any of the YMCA locations in the Bay Area region of northern California. Enjoy access to the hundreds of programs, classes and activities to choose from. Benefits and fees may vary.

Visiting YMCAs across the Country

During your travels outside the Bay Area and across the country, the AWAY Program (Always Welcome At YMCAs) entitles you to visit more than 2,600 YMCAs in the U.S. when you show your CRC membership card. Each location offers different programs and events. If you plan to visit another YMCA, it’s a good idea to call that location in advance about its visiting member policies.
