Y Kinder Readiness

(Ages 3-5) The Y Kinder Readiness program at Paradise Valley will prepare your child for kindergarten through developing their physical, social and cognitive skills and their language and reading skills. Our goal is to help your child grow to full potential physical, socially and emotionally. The staff at Paradise Valley have a wealth of experience and the program has a strong reputation in the community. Kinder Readiness is open to all youth in the community and not just those that would attend Paradise Valley Elementary School.

School Age Child Care

Our state-licensed school age child care programs operate on school campuses, offering a variety of age-appropriate enrichment and recreational activities. Daily homework assistance time is also scheduled. All children must attend on a regular basis. Part-time and full-time options available. The program does not provide drop-in childcare. After School Academy at Luigi Aprea

Luigi Aprea Academy is designed for Kindergarten through sixth grades. Activities will include daily homework assistance, enrichment activities including: art, sports, language, and service learning projects. Youth are divided by age level and our curriculum is designed to align with the school day. Plans are flexible to include one-five day options, minimum days are included. Afterschool @ Charter School of Morgan Hill

The Charter School of Morgan Hill is now hosting a YMCA After School program, designed for Kindergarten – Eighth grades. Activities include homework assistance, SPARK physical activities, and hands-on learning with science projects, nutrition education, and 3-D art projects. Classes are divided by age level, and our curriculum is designed to align with the school day. The program can accommodate full-time child care or part-time enrichment. Afterschool Enrichment

This program is designed as a free Afterschool comprehensive program for today’s changing society, not only for working families but also to enrich children’s lives. The program is a combination of several components.  It must be emphasized that it is not to be an extension of the school but rather compliment school in a manner that is fun for the child. A long term goal of the program is to help the child develop socially through small group work while emphasizing the child as an individual. Program participants are divided into small groups based on age and maturity.
