Youth Programs
Our youth programs follow
the YMCA four core values, caring, honesty, respect &
responsibility. Class goals enhance fitness, coordination
and socialization in a safe fun environment. Focus is
on gross and fine motor skills, balance, strength and
flexibility.
We use a variety of equipment
including balls, parachutes, mats, bean bags and hula
hoops. We provide classes for youth ages 3 months to 5
years old. Some of our youth activities may include movement
to music, dance, parachute play and climbing equipment. Come
and experience the world of youth fitness at the El CaminoYMCA.
