America on the Move Week:
September 19-27
Join YMCAs nationwide in taking "small steps" to promote active living and healthy eating. Your are invited during the week of September 19-27, to take part in a variety of activities hosted by the El Camino YMCA to encourage you to get moving! Events are free and open to the community.
Research by America on the Move Foundation shows that achieving energy balance is an effective approach to healthy weight management. Adding just 2,000 extra steps and eating 100 fewer calories each day are enough to help most Americans prevent the current average annual weight gain of 1-2 pounds.
Join the El Camino YMCA for America on the Move Week at the YMCA on September 19-27.

Halloween at the YMCA:

Brunch with Santa
Saturday, December 12, 10 am–12 pm
Ring in the holidays with your family at the El Camino YMCA. Enjoy holiday crafts, games, music, pictures with Santa and so much more. Bring your family and friends!
