Group exercise is about having fun, making friends and getting an energetic and dynamic workout in the camaraderie of others.  From Pilates to Indoor Cycling to Yoga to Zumba®, at the El Camino YMCA we offer a variety of group exercise classes designed to accommodate all fitness levels.
