Group Exercise

The East Valley Family YMCA offers a wide variety of group exercise classes from traditional step aerobics to aqua aerobics. We strive to accommodate all fitness levels in every class; you are always encouraged to work at your own pace. Please be on time to class, to allow your body to warm up. Before starting any new exercise program please consult your physician.

Ballet Barre at East Valley Family YMCA

Ballet Barre

Ballet Barre is a toning workout that combines Yoga, Pilates and Ballet. You will tone your muscles, build your core and improve your flexibility by using different movement and equipment (balls, weights, gliders). Class is fun, safe and impact free but prepare to shake and sweat

Aqua Stand Up

Aqua Stand Up®:

AQUA STAND UP® is a new amazing and safe Swimming Pool small group training Program inspired by Stand Up Paddle choreographed to music.

Strengthen the entire body, increase the cardiovascular endurance, stabilize the core and improve the balance and flexibility.
