Health, Well-Being & Fitness YMCAs have led health and fitness programs for people of all ages, incomes and abilities for more than a century. We also focus on overall wellness, empowering you to tailor your own plan toward healthier living by choosing how you will accomplish your wellness goals. The whole approach means you have many options and lots of support as you choose your path to a healthier new you!
At the YMCA we address wellness in spirit, mind, and body. Our members want to make healthy changes in their lives. They want more strength and energy to do the things that are important to them. They want to feel good! Our philosophy is to provide an environment which supports the healthy changes you want to make.
We have collaborated with local health organizations like the Stanford Health Improvement Program and Kaiser Permanente to provide programs and support for your active lifestyle.

FitLinxx
FitLinxx is an interactive fitness network designed to record workout information and motive each user as they progress towards their fitness goals. The FitLinxx network can be used to record cardiovascular workouts, stretching and strength exercises done in and out of the facility. On the strength equipment the FitLinxx touch screen allows users to view personalized seat settings and proper lifting weight. The network then coaches users through proper range of motion and speed to ensure appropriate use of equipment and provide comfort in a safe and effective workout each and every visit. Once a user begins logging workouts they can access progress reports and will receive feedback and encouragement from the Health and Fitness Team. Progress can be logged and viewed at our FitLinxx Kiosks, or in the comfort of your own home by registering with FitLinxx.com.
