The YMCA of Silicon Valley offers a wide array of classes including cycling, kickboxing, yoga, Pilates, Les Mills™, Zumba® and more! Group Exercise classes are FREE for Y members.
In addition to our spacious gyms and Group Exercise rooms, outfitted with a wide selection of equipment, at the Y you find the supportive environment and friendly, inclusive atmosphere that make everyone feel at their best. And for water lovers or anyone who needs workouts that are low-impact on the joints, we offer water exercise classes ranging from vigorous, high-intensity water aerobics to gentle aqua arthritis.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced fitness buff, with classes ranging from mind-body Yoga or Tai Chi to high-endurance BODYCOMBAT™ and boot camps, to dance classes or Hula Hoop, you can vary your routine to achieve your goals and rip the benefits of workouts that challenge you while restoring your well-being of spirit, mind and body.
