The Y in Silicon Valley
Transforming lives for 150 years

Since our early beginnings in San Jose in 1867, the Y has been a force for good in Silicon Valley, leading and facilitating positive community impact.

For 150 years, we have been growing, evolving and responding to the unique needs of our community by offering experiences that enrich families and individuals of all ages in spirit, mind and body. We are a strong and vibrant Y committed to building relationships and delivering quality programs throughout our community which improve the quality of life for more than 250,000 individuals annually.
